Journal Paper Publication Guidelines

Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, and scholarly contribution. Authors are encouraged to carefully review the following instructions before submitting their manuscripts for publication.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare manuscripts in clear, concise English using a standard word processor. Please ensure the following structure and formatting:

Structure

Title Page: Title of the paper, author names, affiliations, and contact email of the corresponding author.
Abstract: A concise summary (150–250 words) of the research objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
Introduction: Background of the study, problem statement, and objectives.
Methodology: Description of research design, data sources, materials, and analytical procedures.
Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings with appropriate tables and figures.
Conclusion: Summary of the main findings and future scope of the study.
References: Cited works formatted according to the prescribed style (APA / MLA / IEEE / etc.).

Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Originality and Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts must be original and not published elsewhere. The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism and duplicate submissions. Papers will be screened using standard plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate). Submissions exceeding the acceptable similarity limit may be rejected.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure quality and academic integrity. The review process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on reviewer availability.

Steps in the review process:

Initial editorial screening for scope and format compliance.
Assignment to expert reviewers for evaluation.
Reviewer feedback communicated to authors for revision (if required).
Final decision by the editorial board based on reviewers’ recommendations.

Ethical Considerations

Authors must adhere to ethical publication practices, including:

Proper citation of all sources.
Disclosure of any conflicts of interest.
Obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted material.
Compliance with institutional or national research ethics standards for studies involving humans or animals.

Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement or Open Access License depending on the journal policy. Published articles remain open for educational and research use with proper citation of the source.

Publication Charges

To cover editorial, review, and online maintenance costs, we charge a nominal publication fee. The fee details are communicated to the authors upon acceptance. Waivers may be granted in deserving cases.

Indexing and Archiving

Published papers are indexed in major academic databases and permanently archived on the journal’s website to ensure long-term accessibility and citation visibility.
