IN NO EVENT SHALL POLICYHUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
